About the Villa

Le Bagnaie - our hamlet

Le Bagnaie comprises eight homes, all privately owned and beautifully restored, keeping all the charm of Tuscan arches, terracotta floors and chestnut beamed ceilings.

Between them they share the grounds, terraces, tennis court, 25 metre swimming pool, baby pool, swings and boules court.

Visitors can choose the privacy of their own gardens or use the common areas around the pool and terraces.

Our gardeners maintain a kitchen garden where visitors can help themselves to fresh vegetables and fruit.

La Felicita - our home

Furnished with typical Tuscan period furniture, and yet with all modern conveniences such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, music system and wi-fi, La Felicita offers a home from home in one of Europe’s most beautiful areas.

The house is cleaned weekly. Linen and towels, including towels for pool use, which we provide, are regularly laundered. Central heating is installed for winter evenings, or you may prefer to use the open fireplace. Logs and kindling are all provided on site.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for warm summer nights, and have ceiling fans for those who prefer them.

We have a cot (crib), pushchair (stroller) and high chair. A stair gate and bed sides can be fitted on request.
